3. Booking and Payments

• Bookings are considered confirmed only after full or partial payment and issuance of a confirmation email or ticket.
• We accept online payments through secure gateways.
• In case of failed transactions or payment gateway errors, Indian Air Travels shall not be held responsible.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
• Cancellation policies vary by airline, hotel, or service provider. Please check respective cancellation terms before booking.
• Service fees charged by Indian Air Travels are non-refundable.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–15 working days after approval by the concerned supplier.
• In case of a "No Show," no refund will be provided.
5. Tatkal & Instant Bookings
For Indian Railways or flight tatkal bookings, fares are dynamic and availability cannot be guaranteed until payment confirmation. If the booking fails after payment, only the refunded amount received from the supplier will be credited to your account.
6. Travel Documents and Responsibility
• It is your responsibility to ensure that you possess valid travel documents, including passport, visa, and ID proof, as per destination requirements.
• Indian Air Travels shall not be responsible for denial of boarding or entry due to incomplete documents.
7. Changes by Service Providers
Airlines, hotels, and other suppliers may modify or cancel bookings due to operational or policy reasons. Indian Air Travels is not responsible for such changes but will assist you in rebooking or refund procedures wherever possible.
8. Liability Disclaimer
Indian Air Travels operates as an agent and does not own or control the services of third-party suppliers.
We are not liable for:
• Delays, cancellations, or overbookings by airlines/hotels.
• Loss, injury, or damage to person or property during travel.
• Errors in pricing or descriptions provided by suppliers.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific booking.
9. User Obligations
You agree:
• To provide accurate and complete information during bookings.
• Not to use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activities.
• To comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to travel.
