• All bookings made through Indian Air Travels are subject to the respective airline, hotel, or service provider’s cancellation and refund policies.
• Our service charges, convenience fees, and payment gateway charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Refund timelines and amounts depend on the rules set by each supplier (airline, hotel, etc.), over which Indian Air Travels has no control.
• Cancellation and amendment charges vary by airline, fare type, and class of booking.
• Low-cost airlines (e.g., IndiGo, SpiceJet, GoFirst) may not allow refunds for certain fares.
• In the event of flight cancellation by the airline, customers are entitled to a refund or rebooking as per airline policy.
• Any fare difference during rescheduling will be borne by the customer.
• Indian Air Travels’ service fee per passenger per sector is non-refundable, even if the airline provides a full refund.
• Hotel cancellation and refund rules depend on the hotel’s own policy and the rate selected (refundable/non-refundable).
• No refunds are provided for “No Shows” or early checkouts.
• In case of cancellation within the free cancellation window, refund will be processed after deducting our handling fee.
• Cancellation before 30 days of departure: up to 80% refund (after deducting booking/service charges).
• Cancellation between 15–29 days: up to 50% refund.
• Cancellation within 14 days of travel: no refund.
• In case of partial payment, the advance amount will be forfeited if the booking is cancelled.
• For international packages, visa fees, insurance, and flight components are strictly non-refundable once issued.
• Train bookings are subject to Indian Railways and IRCTC policies.
• Tatkal tickets are non-refundable except when the train is cancelled or the ticket remains waitlisted.
• Refunds will be processed as per IRCTC rules after deducting our service charges.
• Visa application fees, embassy charges, and service fees are non-refundable, even if the visa is rejected or delayed by the embassy/consulate.
• Indian Air Travels is not responsible for decisions made by visa authorities.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be initiated within 7–15 working days after approval from the concerned supplier.
• In some cases (like international bookings), it may take up to 30 working days depending on the airline or bank.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
No refund will be provided for cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
• Natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, technical issues, or flight/hotel operational failures.
However, Indian Air Travels will assist you in coordinating with suppliers for possible rebooking or credit vouchers (if applicable).
If a traveler fails to appear for the trip or does not check-in on time, the booking will be treated as a “No Show,” and no refund will be issued.
